Our Founder

Shaft Brown is currently an Educational Consultant in the state of Ms. He has worked in the educational field for over 20 years in the capacity of classroom instructor, lecturer, consultant, teacher coach, workshop coordinator/facilitator, summer camp counselor, director of summer enrichment programs, project manager, and curriculum coordinator. 

 

Shaft has contracted with several agencies to include University of Southern Mississippi Regional Service Center, Mississippi Department of Education, Delta Rural Systemic Initiative, Southeast Eisenhower Regional Consortium for Mathematics and Science, Blue Ribbon Schools, SRA McGraw Hill, Jackson State University, Kirkland Group, Magee Enterprises/KidSpark, and many other educational entities to include public and private schools statewide.

 

He  has conducted hundreds of educational workshops within the state to include superintendents of school districts, principals, curriculum coordinators, teachers, assistant teachers, parents, and students as his participants and topics to include lesson plan development, curriculum development, data and assessment, classroom management, astronomy, math, science, English Language Arts and leadership training. 

 

Shaft, through several years of working with children and adults, has come to love ministry and his field of study and continues to search for more knowledge as how to build the character and increase the knowledge level of all he comes into contact with.

 

A resident of Petal, Mississippi, Shaft is a 1991 graduate of Prentiss High School (Prentiss, MS). He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Tougaloo College in 1997 and later obtained his Masters degree in Adult Education/Training May 2012.

He is an ordained elder who has worked in ministry for over 20 years, to include major emphasis in laboring through the field of evangelism and the music ministry.

He is a husband, father, grandfather and entrepreneur.
